1. At Amitek Schools, we understand that every one of us shares responsibility for maintaining the standards of our school community. We are expected to arrive punctually, dressed neatly and appropriately, prepared to learn and contribute.

2. We will take part in the extra mural activities offered, recognising that involvement outside the classroom is an important part of our development.

3. Our conduct will be courteous and considerate, creating an environment where everyone is able to grow, learn and feel supported.

4. We will uphold each person’s dignity. Any negative or disrespectful comments about someone’s background, family, culture, race, or religion have no place in our school.

5. We will treat one another’s belongings with care and respect, and we will look after the school’s facilities as shared property.

6. We will do our best in our work, act with honesty, and treat others fairly. Boasting, belittling, or mocking others is not acceptable.

7. Students who show exceptional effort, behaviour, or achievement will be acknowledged appropriately.

8. Students whose behaviour disrupts teaching or learning should expect appropriate consequences.

9. We also recognise our responsibility to support one another offering guidance with sensitivity when needed.

10. Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited.

11. We agree to follow the principles and expectations outlined in the school’s technology policy.

12. The school reserves the right to suspend a student for a set period if a serious rule violation occurs. In severe cases, a student may be required to leave the school temporarily.

13. The school also reserves the right to permanently expel a student. This may happen after a major offence or repeated misconduct. An expelled student is removed from the school immediately and may no longer attend lessons.
